What is the return policy?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Each kurti is carefully inspected before pickup to make sure you receive it in the best condition.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your kurti goes into processing, and we’re unable to make changes.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our processing time is 5–6 working days. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you so you can arrange pickup.
Do you deliver products?
At the moment, Surkhi does not provide delivery. All orders need to be collected directly from our pickup point.
